We are looking for an *it technical analyst.*the it technical analyst will be responsible for providing technical support to internal users, ensuring the smooth operation of it systems and applications. This role involves troubleshooting technical issues, maintaining systems, and collaborating with it teams to enhance operational efficiency. * administer all it systems and recommend efficient modifications to systems to improve efficiency and reduce cost of all operations.* provide advanced technical expertise and resolve high priority issues crossing technology domains.* serve as level 2 support for internal customers with issues related to it infrastructure and application services.* perform system monitoring, audits, updates to ensure the proper functioning of it systems. Make recommendations for improvement.* identify and resolve technical issues and maintain the security of the company’s computer systems.
