Latino Legends is recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing digital marketing agency that helps global B2B brands scale through data-driven advertising, automation, and digital strategy. Their fully remote team operates across Latin America and the U.S., focused on measurable results, collaboration, and growth.
We’re looking for a Junior Paid Media Associate to join their performance marketing team — a curious, detail-oriented, and analytical professional eager to grow in the world of paid media and digital strategy.
What You’ll Do
- Support the Media Performance Lead (Senior) in planning, executing, and optimizing paid media campaigns across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn.
- Assist in the setup, monitoring, and optimization of campaigns to ensure alignment with performance goals.
- Help implement and validate tracking pixels, tags, and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
- Prepare and update performance reports using tools like AgencyAnalytics and Google Analytics.
- Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and creative testing.
- Collaborate with the senior lead to improve ROAS, lead quality, and campaign efficiency.
- Stay up to date on digital marketing best practices and new platform features.
What You Bring
- 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing or paid media.
- Basic understanding of PPC, social ads, and tracking tools.
- Familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads platforms.
- Native Spanish and good English comprehension (comfortable in bilingual team environments).
- Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn advanced media performance strategies.
- Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks in a remote work environment.
- Position Type: Full-time / Remote
- Location: México, Colombia, or Argentina (Candidates outside these countries may apply if they have a U.S. bank account)
- Compensation: $1,000 USD/month
- Payments via: DolarApp or Direct Bank Transfer to a US Bank Account
- Reports to: Media Performance Lead
