As a Manager Quality Engineering here at Honeywell, you will be a key leader in our unwavering commitment to achieving quality excellence. You will report directly to our Director of Quality and you’ll work out of our Juarez Mexico location on a on-site work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the quality standards of our products and services, empowering your team to deliver exceptional results and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the quality engineering team, cultivating a culture of technical excellence and seamless collaboration among members.
- Develop and implement robust quality control processes and procedures to ensure comprehensive quality assurance throughout the organization.
- Continuously monitor and analyze intricate quality performance metrics, using advanced data analytics to identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, or mathematics.
- 6+ years of experience in the manufacturing industry, demonstrating your understanding of the unique quality challenges in this sector.
- Advanced knowledge of quality control methodologies, tools, and industry best practices.
- Proven expertise in statistical analysis tools and techniques to strengthen our data-driven quality initiatives.
- Proficiency in advanced quality tools and methodologies, such as Design of Experiments (DOE), Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), and Statistical Process Control (SPC).
- Experience on Robust Root cause analysis

- Advanced Engineering degrees like ME (Mechanical Engineering) or EE (Electrical Engineering).
- Certification in project management, such as PMP (Project Management Professional).
- Experience with Lean Six Sigma methodologies, facilitating continuous improvement and process optimization.
