soueast motor corporation, founded in 1995, is a chinese company based in fuzhou, fujian province. purpose:

* the sales administrator is the strategic link between commercial management, the dealer network, and the sales team.
* their primary purpose is to ensure that sales, profitability (by wholesale), and market share objectives (by retail tools) are achieved while guaranteeing a positive dealer experience and efficient commercial operations .

position tasks

* goal management and planning
o set and monitor sales targets for new vehicles – wholesale and retail

2. Control and supervision of commercial operations

o coordinate vehicle reception, inventory management, and allocation to ensure availability.
o verify compliance with pricing policies, discounts, and incentive programs.
o ensure that sales processes comply with internal and external regulations.

3. Dealer and customer relations

o act as the main point of contact between the brand and the dealer network.
o monitor customer satisfaction indicators and propose improvements to the purchase experience.
o handle customer incidents and support special negotiations when needed.

4. Sales team management

o coordinate, train, and motivate the sales advisor team.
o define individual goals and conduct regular performance evaluations.
o foster a culture of service excellence and continuous improvement.

5. Market and competitor analysis

o monitor industry trends, competitor behavior, and pricing strategies.
o prepare commercial intelligence reports for strategic decision-making.

6. Incentive and bonus management

o design, implement, and track commission and incentive programs.
o validate sales results and authorize bonus payments according to policies.

7. Information and reporting management

o generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports for senior management.
o ensure accuracy and timeliness of data in management systems.

general experience:

o 3–5 years in sales, commercial administration, or sales planning .
o previous experience in the automotive sector is highly desirable (though not always mandatory).

o preparing and monitoring sales kpis and performance reports for management.
o building and maintaining relationships with the dealer network and/or sales force.
o supporting product launches or commercial campaigns.
