Thermo Fisher Scientific LATAM are looking for an Account Manager based in Guadalajara and responsible for the Pacific and Bajío area. This excellent opportunity allows you to thrive in a dynamic market, bringing your skills to successfully implement sales strategies and build lasting relationships with customers.
Responsibilities include crafting, implementing, tracking, and reporting performances of the sales plan, targets, and forecasts. Drive our solutions by working with marketing and global business units. Partner with our Specialists in the region to identify and develop potential leads.
**Responsibilities**:
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets
- Create and present weekly and quarterly forecasts
- Sales forecasting, developing "out of the box" sales strategies/models, and evaluating their effectiveness
- Assess skills, needs, and build lasting and productive relationships with customers and colleagues
- Seek new accounts and generate and/or follow up on leads
- Participate in meetings, sales events, and product training
- Report and provide feedback to management using statistical data
- Maintain and expand the customer database within your territory
- Build and promote lasting relationships with customers by partnering with them and understanding their needs
- Identify competitors and develop tactical activities
- Additional duties/responsibilities as per company needs

**Minimum Qualification**:
- Complete education in Biological Sciences
- Min 5 years sales experience in life science
- Experience in handling clinical and research accounts
- Knowledge of basic Office Suite tools
- Strong interpersonal and relationship development skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Travel availability: 50%
- Driver´s licence
- SalesForce, MS Office knowledge
