The ideal candidate will have experience in all areas related to the human resources field especially in plant hr management, and have a rich experience on labor relations, training, payroll and have a good sense of process.responsibilities1. Organizing, implementing and coordinating plant hourly staff recruitment work. 2. Be familiar with the labor relations process of on-site plant in manufacturing industry, especially have experience in dealing with employee conflicts and complaints cases. 3. Implement new employee's orientation; collect training demands and make annual training plan; implement training activities and assessment. 4. Responsible for office administration management, including canteen, cleaning, shuttle bus, parking space, rental management, visitor reception and other affairs to meet the needs of employees. 5. Develop employee communication plans to promote effective communication between employees and management and to create a corporate culture. 6. Organizing, implementing and coordinating plant events. 7. Assist in hr internal audit. 8. Support in payroll process.qualifications- bachelor's degree - more than 5 years of human resources experience, muti-skills in training, labor relations, working experience in manufacturing industry is preferred. - strong organization, communication and conflict resolution skills - good at written & oral english
