What you'll do (typical chro engagement outcomes): step in as a true executive partner to the ceo and leadership team. Stabilize hr operations in mexico: employee relations, labor compliance, policies, and core rhythms. Modernize talent practices: org design, performance, succession, and leadership development. Lead change during transitions (ceo/cfo exits, m&a, restructure, rapid scaling). Build/upgrade the hr function: hrbp model, comp philosophy, manager capability, and systems. Improve hiring quality and speed in partnership with leadership and recruiting. Create a people dashboard: retention, engagement, performance, and workforce planning. What "great" looks like in the first 30–60 days: calm and credibility: leaders feel supported; employee issues are handled cleanly. Clear organization and people priorities with a realistic execution plan. A strong manager cadence (expectations, feedback loops, performance clarity). Immediate risk reduction: solid er and compliance processes aligned to mexican labor requirements. Ideal profile: chro, svp people, or hr transformation leader with broad scope (operations + strategy). Fortune 500 experience and the maturity to lead in high-accountability environments. Strong in change management, org design, leadership advising, and high-stakes employee matters. Experience in the industries we serve (consumer and retail, logistics and distribution, manufacturing and industrial, healthcare non-clinical, pe portfolio).
