What you’ll be doing:
As our Distribution Manager, you'll define and execute innovative B2B2C distribution campaigns across multiple channels, including telemarketing, digital, and point of sale. Your goal is to optimize our distribution model by understanding customer journeys and creating tailored programs for our partners. You'll work closely with sales, marketing, legal, and operations teams to design end-to-end processes that deliver measurable results.
Your main missions include:
- Developing and expanding profitable distribution strategies aligned with local market trends and regulatory environment.
- Managing multichannel campaigns, overseeing selection of service providers, targets, budgets, and performance.
- Supporting sales teams with campaign profitability assessments, reporting, and continuous improvement.
- Leading training and incentive programs to support partner sales efforts, including designing engaging e-learning content.
- Building strong relationships with partners, ensuring the delivery of high-quality campaigns and sales support.
- Analyzing market evolution and adapting strategies to stay ahead of competition.
- Monitoring campaign KPIs, proposing improvements, and providing insights for budgeting and planning.
- Promoting a customer-centric approach in designing distribution programs and customer journey enhancements.
What you’ll bring:
To succeed in this role, you'll have:
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in direct marketing, distribution, or multi-channel sales within the financial or insurance sectors.
- Strong knowledge of digital distribution models and multi-channel strategies.
- Proactive planning and capacity management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to negotiate and build partnerships.
- Analytical mindset and ability to translate strategic requirements into actionable plans.
- Fluency in English and Spanish, with good command of local languages where applicable.
- Advanced skills in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
- Experience interacting with diverse stakeholders at all levels.
- Willingness to travel as needed to partner locations and providers.
- Knowledge of the LATAM market is a plus.
