You'll have the opportunity to: provide global product support to our dealer/distributor network for technical concerns to ensure consistent alignment of our brand promise and actual product and support performance. Ensures the delivery of technical support for powersports products, with a consistent alignment of service levels. Maintain and strengthen alignment for brp after-sales policies and procedures to minimize waste and be financially strong. Support consumer product issues in ways that strengthen our network and brand image to sustain high success.you will support and identify communication needs and resolve product-related problems to improve the future product. Ensure communication with different stakeholders internally and externally assures alignment of warranty decisions and practices with company expectations in ways that contribute to its ongoing success. Bachelor's degree in engineering, or a related field (preferred).
