Account development representative
the account development representative position lays the foundation for a successful high-tech sales career. This entry-level role receives extensive training and mentoring for accelerated advancement within nextiva's inside expansion department. In this position, you will learn how to handle a full-cycle consultative sales process.
responsibilities
* through prospecting and inbound/outbound campaigns to nextiva's customers, identify and qualify booking opportunities in our existing mid-market customer accounts that have between 250 and 2,500 users.
* partner closely with nextiva's expansion sales team; passing on bookings and leads.
* provide amazing customer service.
* demo nextiva products to customers utilizing our self-serve tools.
* learn how to walk customers through self-serve demos.

qualifications
* 1+ years of experience in a customer facing role, preferably in technology, software, saas, telecommunications, or other related industries.
* ba/bs in business preferred, or equivalent combination of education or related work experience.
* hands‑on salesforce experience.
* strong organization skills with superior attention to detail.
* effective team player capable of working independently without supervision.
* intermediate to advanced microsoft word, excel and access.
