job description: the purchasing assistant will be responsible for the execution, follow-up, and administration of purchases for assigned areas or clients. The activities include:
* receiving and following up on client and internal requisitions.
* conducting quotes and negotiations.
* creating purchase orders.
* making purchases (reviewing payment conditions with the provider).
* managing payment processing for purchases.
* finding new suppliers.
* verifying payments (checks, credit card, petty cash).
* qualifications:
* 6 months to 1 year of experience (internship experience is applicable).
* knowledge of the office suite and experience with erp systems.
* competencies: attention to detail, initiative, multitasking, negotiation, and organization.
* must have a driver's license.
work schedule:
* monday to friday from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm.
salary:
* base gross monthly salary: $20,000 mxn.
