*what are we looking for*:
- 5-7 years of hr experience, with at least 3 years in a strategic hrbp role
- fluent english is a must
- disposition to be on site 4 days per week
- proven experience partnering with senior leaders and influencing organizational outcomes
- background in managing complex employee relations issues and driving talent initiatives
- bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field (required)
- proficiency in microsoft office suite (word, excel, powerpoint)
- familiarity with hris platforms (e.g., workday, sap)
- strategic thinking, strong business acumen, employee relations and conflict resolution, coaching and leadership development, talent management, and succession planning.
