our client is a dynamic real estate coaching company that helps real estate agents accelerate their careers. Agents who join receive free coaching, tools, and support while the company partners with them for long-term success. The model is simple: empower agents with proven systems and mentorship, and share in the success of their real estate deals.
we are looking for an onboarding specialist to play a key role in welcoming new agents, guiding them through the setup process, and ensuring they are fully equipped to succeed from day one. This role blends customer service, operations, and a creative touch with social media.
what you'll do (daily workflow)
* confirm all exploration calls the day before (via follow up boss) and input call details/tags.
* send post-call follow-up texts to prospects and coordinate with sponsors or aaron to initiate onboarding.
* share and manage applications, answer onboarding questions, and ensure completion within 1 week.
* manage and update follow up boss (crm) records daily.
* use canva to create branded social media templates and collaborate with new agents/sponsors for posts.
* post on instagram (stories, reels, collaborations, tags, music, links) to welcome and highlight new agents.
* add agents to the company whatsapp groups and share onboarding announcements.
* support zoom meetings and create simple training/introduction videos as needed.
* at month-end, prepare "end of month reels" celebrating all new onboarded agents.
what we're looking for
experience & skills
* 1–2 years in customer support, executive assistant, or hr roles.
* strong knowledge of google suite (docs, calendar, gmail).
* proficiency with canva (social media content).
* hands-on experience with instagram posting, stories, and collaborations.
* familiarity with crms (follow up boss preferred).
* comfort using zoom and creating short training or intro videos.
* excellent communication skills, proactive follow-up, and attention to detail.

* have prior experience in real estate, coaching, or recruiting environments.
