The property at cabo del sol features 96 guestrooms and 61 residences, along with three restaurants, three resort pools, an open-air fitness center, spa & spa garden, and a clubhouse event facility.
responsibilities
* provide retail, food and beverage service to guests and clients, guiding them on the outlet concept and products; ensure complete satisfaction of guest expectations and create epic experiences.
* comply with service standards and maintain a high level of service quality, even in busy periods.
* set up and maintain displays in accordance with established standards; follow the service sequence and fs standards.
* attend and participate in training; complete annual trainings and follow internal safety and hygiene guidelines.
* demonstrate effective communication and a proactive, dynamic approach; manage multiple tasks with a focus on guest satisfaction.
qualifications
* minimum 2 years of experience in ultra-luxury hotels; knowledge of high service standards.
* barista knowledge and experience with food & beverage service and products.
* ability to perform well under stress and maintain service quality.
* strong communication skills; fluent english is essential.
* proactive, dynamic with strong presentation skills and problem-solving abilities.
* ability to work effectively under pressure, manage high volumes, multitask and prioritize tasks.
