About the Role
We’re seeking a highly motivated, goal‑driven, experienced Senior Marketing Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has a strong background in lead generation, digital marketing, PR, and CRM with proven success in fast‑paced startup environments, especially in the Fintech and payment sectors.
This is a hands‑on role requiring ownership of marketing initiatives, driving growth through digital and traditional channels, and building meaningful relationships with our target market and customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi‑channel marketing strategies that drive lead generation, product awareness, and conversion.
- Manage and optimize CRM systems to drive customer segmentation, lifecycle marketing, and retention campaigns.
- Run and manage social media strategy and content across all major platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Telegram, etc.).
- Lead and manage public relations efforts, including press releases, media outreach, and influencer relationships.
- Oversee website management including UX optimization, content updates, and SEO.
- Launch and optimize marketing automation workflows for email, onboarding, and lifecycle campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Product, Sales, Growth) to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
- Analyze and report on campaign performance, adjust strategies as needed, and continuously improve ROI.
Requirements
- 10+ years of marketing experience with a U.S.‑based company, ideally in fintech, crypto, or payments.
- Proven startup experience, comfortable wearing multiple hats and working in a fast‑paced environment.
- Located outside the United States.
- Hands‑on experience with lead generation campaigns, social media management, public relations and communications, website management and content marketing, and marketing automation tools and email marketing platforms.
- Experience in fintech/payments with an understanding of regulatory and industry nuances.
- Data‑driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics and derive insights.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience managing a small team or external agencies/freelancers.
- Understanding of crypto and blockchain ecosystems (DeFi, wallets, exchanges, Web3 trends, etc.).
- Previous experience in B2B SaaS or API‑driven financial products.
- Passion for the crypto/fintech space and staying up to date with industry trends.
