as commercial manager, you'll lead the business for your portfolio of global brands — shaping strategies that inspire people to live active, balanced lives.
you'll own the full product and commercial cycle: from assortment and pricing to forecasting and sell-thru.

build commercial strategies and growth plans with sales and marketing teams.
identify new business opportunities across the sports and lifestyle portfolio.
define assortments, pricing, costs, margins, and profitability per channel.
lead vendor negotiations and manage supplier relationships.
oversee otb planning, inventory management, and product availability.
develop data-driven forecasts and performance analyses.
ensure brand consistency and flawless in-store execution.
stay ahead of market trends and consumer insights.what you'll bring
5+ years in merchandising, category, or product roles within retail, fashion, or sports.
proven experience across the full product lifecycle (pre-season, in-season, post-season).
strong collaboration skills with cross-functional and external partners.
advanced english (spoken and written).
passion for sports, wellness, and an active lifestyle.
leadership experience managing at least two senior reports.
data-driven mindset with solid financial and commercial acumen.
