we are currently expanding our global marketing team and are looking for a highly creative, strategic, and execution-driven marketing professional who can lead content creation, growth strategies, and digital marketing initiatives.
position overview
we are seeking a creative marketing director / growth specialist who combines creativity, strategy, and execution.
this person will work closely with the leadership team to:
build and execute marketing campaigns
develop high-impact content
identify digital trends
optimize funnels and advertising strategies
strengthen cellgenic's global brand presence
this is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys creating, testing, building, and scaling marketing initiatives.
key responsibilities
content strategy & creative direction
develop creative marketing campaigns across multiple platforms
write scripts and storytelling concepts for video content, ads, and campaigns
create and coordinate content for social media platforms (instagram, linkedin, youtube, tiktok)
collaborate with designers, editors, and creative teams to produce high-quality marketing assets
social media & trend research
conduct research on digital trends, viral content, and emerging topics
analyze search volumes and audience interest for trending topics
apply insights from platforms such as google trends, tiktok trends, and social listening tools
identify opportunities for viral or high-performing content
digital marketing & paid advertising
manage and optimize advertising campaigns (meta, google, youtube, linkedin)
create marketing funnels and customer journeys
optimize campaigns based on performance metrics
marketing funnel development
design and optimize marketing funnels for lead generation and sales
work on landing page structures and conversion optimization
analyze user behavior and improve conversion rates
web & ux collaboration
work with web development teams to improve website structure and user experience
provide strategic input on website design, landing pages, and navigation
ensure websites and landing pages are optimized for conversions
ideal candidate profile

preferred experience
experience in healthcare, biotechnology, wellness, or medical industries
