Key responsibilities- lead the planning, design, and implementation of payment products tailored to the latin american market.- develop and execute product strategies and roadmaps based on market insights, customer needs, and industry trends.- collaborate with acquiring partners, issuers, payment institutions, and merchants to expand product adoption.- analyze market regulations, competitive landscape, and consumer behaviors to identify opportunities for innovation.- coordinate with cross-functional teams (technology, operations, legal, marketing, etc.) to ensure successful delivery and go-to-market execution.- monitor product performance and continuously optimize user experience and commercial results.qualifications- bachelor's degree or higher.- minimum of 3 years of professional experience in the payments industry within latin america.- in-depth knowledge of mobile payments, e-commerce acquiring, electronic payments, qr code payments, or account-based payment systems.- strong analytical, strategic thinking, and product management skills across the full product lifecycle.- excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, especially in multicultural environments.- languages: proficiency sufficient for business negotiations in english and spanish.- experience working in international financial institutions, payment networks, or fintech companies preferred.
