- responsible of kaizen & knowledge sharing to ensure continuous improvement throughout the process
- oversees sales order management
- oversees customer service team electronic digital information (edi) workflow process
- prepares and presents global demand plan for short term.
- handling expedite requests from the customer
- providing recovery dates for any schedules that will not ship on time
- coordinating transportation/logistics with shipping department and customer
- oversees and provides weekly and monthly components forecast of sales/demand plan
- direct interface with customer for expediting and order placement issues
- timely resolution of a/r disputes in e-receivables
*your background*
- proven track record within customer service, production planning and/or master production scheduling functions
- six sigma green belt/lean expert or black belt certified (preferred)
- sap experience preferred
- customer specific requirements from automobile industry desirable
