*what you ´ll do*:
- drive standardization, optimization, and continuous improvement of logistics execution processes.
- ensure seamless, error-free execution of operational processes to support business continuity and minimize disruptions.
- monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement in cost efficiency, service quality, and process sustainability.
- oversee the documentation, implementation, and compliance of standard operating procedures and process guidelines.
- champion a culture of operational excellence, process ownership, and accountability within the team
- support capability development and training initiatives to elevate process execution maturity within the logistics function.
*what makes you a good fit*:
- bachelor's or master's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in logistics or supply chain operations
- fully bilingual in spanish and english is a requirement
- proven track record in leading teams, driving standardization, and delivering measurable improvements in logistics performance.
- strong understanding of logistics systems (e.g., sap, tms, wms) and data analytics tools.
- strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage and influence at all levels of the organization.
- experience in a matrixed, global organization is a plus.
