responsibilities
* the accounts receivable analyst accesses and investigates open balances for the warehouse on a timely basis while reconciling adjustments, rebills and processes chargebacks as needed.
* timely follow up on open balances in the arctree system within the sla.
* timely reconciliation of ar adjustments.
* research, troubleshoot, and rebill balances.
* timely communication with account owners to validate pricing.
* manage customer responses, ensuring all critical inputs are gathered from customers regarding open balances.
* manage rebill activity for non-national accounts and communicate tracker to all market locations to ensure actions are taken.
* research balances in system and validate appropriate steps forward.
qualifications
education
* bachelor’s degree in business/control/operations
experience
* fluent in english
* ability to work within strict deadlines, learn new processes quickly, work effectively with a team and adapt to constantly evolving work responsibilities
* strong analytical and problem-solving skills to formulate effective action plans to deal with issues proactively
* fluent with data and proven ability to utilize excel to extract necessary data when needed
* exceptional organizational skills to handle the high volume of requests
* ability to effectively communicate in a professional and constructive manner internally and with customers
* advanced/proficient computer skills (outlook, word, powerpoint, excel)
* strong passion for customer service
* ability to effectively interact and build a favorable business relationship with internal and external customers
* strong team player and committed to teamwork in all situations
* excellent written and oral communications skills
* demonstrated ability to leverage systems and tools
