The cashier is an entry-level position responsible for assisting in the execution of branch activities, including daily service provision that involves interacting with customers and processing transactions in coordination with the customer service function. The overall objective is to provide high-quality customer service and help the branch generate profits by offering optimal solutions. Responsibilities: provide services as the first point of contact for citi customers and provide a positive first impression through effective and friendly customer service. Perform efficient and accurate banking transactions, including branch cash handling, incoming/outgoing cash deposit processing, and maintenance of the branch vault cash. Identify opportunities for referrals for new products and services based on customer financial objectives. Educate customers about digital and self-service opportunities offered by citi. Comply with bank policies, operational controls, and regulatory procedures to ensure customer and bank asset security. Ensure that all customer needs are met and customer issues/problems are managed effectively, redirecting problems to higher instances if necessary. Have good knowledge of customer accounts and new products and services offered. Qualifications: preferred previous relevant experience. Proven experience in sales and customer service.
