an auditor will fully support the accounts function within the finance department through the development and processing of accurate reports and account management.
what will i be doing?
as an auditor, you will support the accounts function within the finance department by developing and processing accurate reports and managing accounts. Your responsibilities will include:
* ensuring the accuracy of all department processes related to accounts
* meeting all payment deadlines
* balancing accounts daily, weekly, and monthly
* managing reconciliations and checks
* building accurate financial reports and identifying discrepancies
* acting in accordance with fire, health, and safety regulations and following proper procedures
* executing tasks and requests as instructed by the finance manager and/or general manager

* previous experience in a high-volume accounts function or front office position
* proficiency in ms excel and computer literacy
* strong time management and organizational skills
* high attention to detail and accuracy
* ability to develop strong relationships with internal and external customers
additional advantageous qualities include:
* previous accounts experience, preferably in a hotel environment
* a relevant degree in accounting or related business discipline from an academic institution
