1. develop and implement logistical plans in collaboration with departments and vendors to achieve timely deliveries, bump-in, re-supply, and bump-out.
2. manage the receipt, storage, and inventory control of product-specific gifts inside and outside the event venue.
3. collaborate with guest experience functional areas to move stock from storage to designated areas, ensuring prompt distribution.
4. monitor and manage inventory levels across logistics compounds and event storage facilities.
5. ensure the safe, efficient, and timely flow of goods throughout the event venue.
6. serve as the primary point of contact for functional areas, providing clear updates on logistics operations and delivery timelines.
7. work closely with sustainability, waste management, and housekeeping teams to handle materials properly.
8. track and manage reusable assets post-event.
