about the role: as region marketing manager category, you will be responsible for driving the regional strategy of a category, ensuring brand equity, brand performance, and p&l impact through key initiatives. You will act as a link between central teams and local markets, supporting innovation rollout and optimizing the brand portfolio to strengthen ferrero's presence across the region.
main responsibilities
* identify all marketing mix levers, consumer targets, product range, marketing tools, and enablers for the category within the assigned region, providing guidelines and setting objectives.
* define and approve the annual category media plan, ensuring alignment with global guidelines and local adaptation.
* act as a key liaison between area marketing managers and local markets, facilitating knowledge-sharing and best practice dissemination, in full support with the head of marketing.
* support the rollout of innovations within the region, ensuring successful implementation as per category guidelines.
* contribute to building a comprehensive and integrated view of marketing performance and opportunities at the regional level.
who we are looking for
* bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or related field.
* 10-12 years of experience in marketing, ideally with regional exposure in fmcg.
* proven ability to manage brand portfolios and lead strategic planning.
* strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of p&l and media planning.
* excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* fluent in english (spoken and written).
* ability to work across diverse markets and drive cross-functional collaboration.
