the sme sales officer markets the bank's products and identifies business opportunities from referred clients, designing packages to ensure optimal profitability of accounts and promote further business relationships.

* proactive scouting for potential clients from branch referrals is essential, involving client calls and project visits.
* each referred client's business opportunities are identified, with package designs ensuring maximum account profitability and fostering ongoing business ties.
* client visits can be conducted individually or jointly with supervisors or proposing branch managers, as well as phone calls made in accordance with bank standards.
* the property appraisal and/or credit investigation of potential clients is requested, with checks on appraisal and/or credit investigation reports prepared by cas.
* the overall creditworthiness of each account is ensured before presenting it to the approving body.
* application for accommodation reports are prepared in coordination with rscc and lad.
* credit proposals are packaged according to bank, bsp, and regulatory agency guidelines.
your profile
* at least 1 year of experience handling sme accounts is required.
* proficiency in windows-based programs (word, excel, powerpoint) is necessary.
* frequent travel to provincial areas may be required.
