*main responsibilities*
*industrial safety*
- advise on accident prevention and unsafe conditions.
- conduct safety talks and training for staff.
- implement safety programs and form fire brigades.
- perform 5s and safety audits at the plant.
- handle medical emergencies and generate osha indicators.
- generate incident reports and monitor accident-free days.
- attend government and other institutional audits.
*ecology and environment*
- conduct environmental awareness talks and promote a recycling culture.
- carry out air emission studies and control hazardous waste.
- integrate permits and documentation as a waste-generating company.
- supervise compliance with environmental regulations.
- control residual discharges and evaluate ecological impacts.
*requirements*:
- education: technical degree or bachelor's in safety and hygiene, environmental science, industrial engineering, or related fields.
- experience: 2 years in a similar position.
- knowledge: industrial safety, environmental regulations, hazardous waste management, first aid, emergency brigades.
- skills:
- leadership and decision-making.
- teamwork and effective communication.
