Moët Hennessy is looking for a Product Manager (Jefe de Producto) to manage and lead the operations of Chandon and Wines portfolio (Terraza de los Andes and Cloudy Bay). Jointly with the Marketing Director, they will develop the brand strategy and marketing plan while leading the execution across all the defined consumer touchpoints, in collaboration with the Sales and Trade Marketing teams.
Job Responsibilities
- Help develop the brand strategy and marketing plan to ensure brand growth, strengthen market position, and increase perceived value and desirability.
- Provide commercial and consumer insights, both quantitative and qualitative, based on market trends, performance analysis, field observation and interaction with the teams.
- Develop and execute comprehensive brand plans across all touchpoints, including ATL and BTL channels, ensuring alignment with business strategy.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Trade Marketing, Sales, Finance) and external partners (PR, media, BTL agencies) to ensure seamless execution of brand plans.
- Evaluate performance of brand activations, analyzing key metrics to identify areas for improvement and propose strategic changes to enhance future initiatives.
- Monitor and manage marketing budget, ensuring efficient use of resources and adherence to financial targets.
- Champion brand knowledge within and beyond the organization.
Profile
Education:
- Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or Engineering.
- Languages: English and Spanish. French would be a plus.
Professional experience & know how:
- Experience ideally in marketing and/or trade marketing roles, preferably within consumer goods.
- Wines understanding/certification is a plus.
- Commercial skills or understanding of the mass-market channel is also a plus.
Personal and interpersonal skills:
- Ability to analyse and synthesize market trends and consumer insights to inform brand strategy.
- Strong understanding of sales dynamics and the ability to create tailored plans for different types of customers in collaboration with the sales team.
- Strong capability to manage multiple projects efficiently, prioritize tasks, and streamline operations and budgets. This is a “hands on” job.
- Leading and influencing cross-functional teams, such as sales, trade marketing and finance & operations to align with business objectives, fostering collaboration and driving success across departments.
- Ability to clearly articulate ideas, craft compelling narratives, and elegantly represent brands to diverse audiences, enhancing brand perception. This is not a desk job.
