we are looking for a temporary trainer to support the development, delivery, and evaluation of training programs across multiple formats. The ideal candidate has proven experience in instructional design, a passion for adult learning, and strong facilitation skills to create engaging and effective learning experiences.

requirements
consistently meeting or exceeding all kpi targets for the past 3 fiscal months (must have)
no unjustified absences in the last 3 months (must have)
no active disciplinary actions on record (must have)
attendance must be on target (must have)
at least 3 months of tenure (must have)
schedule flexibility (must have)
skills
strong problem-solving, analytical & critical thinking skills (must have)
proficient in ms office and tools, and performance tracking systems (desired)
excellent interpersonal and communication skills – both written and oral (excellent english proficiency level) (must have)

ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and multitask in a dynamic and always-changing environment (must have)
