job summary

responsible for ensuring the proper execution of an industrial project from design review, construction management, and post‑construction support, ensuring compliance with schedule, cost, quality, and safety.

• design and construction of new offices in slp
• support in construction project activities in slp
• support internal cummins administrative processes (purchase orders, hse risk analysis)
• prepare executive progress reports for leadership staff
• manage the design and construction of equipment such as furniture, multimedia systems, and it equipment
• manage contractors’ performance on‑site
• main kpis:
• schedule compliance
• schedule performance index (spi)
• cost performance index (cpi)
• control of unplanned changes
• safety incident rate
• post‑construction pending items closure
• non‑conformities

qualifications

bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, architecture, or construction engineering.

at least 5 years of experience in industrial construction project management, with proven experience managing projects from design phase through delivery and post‑construction.

• experience coordinating construction contractors, cost control, schedule tracking, and on‑site decision‑making
• intermediate level in autocad and microsoft office (excel)
• experience reviewing executive project documentation

preferred qualifications

• intermediate conversational english
• experience using revit 3d
• experience with medium‑ and low‑voltage electrical installations
• experience with fire protection system installations
• experience with construction permit processes in juárez
