specific activities may change from time to time.- plan, develop, and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy for external and internal marketing campaign by collaborating with north america leaders and external vendors/consultant to understand business needs and goals in order to align marketing strategy with business strategy.
play both a strategic and hands on role in the development, planning, and implementation of marketing initiatives.- serve as the official brand steward to support development and brand communication strategies in collaboration with parent companies.- provide ongoing tracking analysis, competitive analysis and relevant analytics to identify key performance drivers and operating metrics in order to maximize roi of marketing spend across social media, print, tv, radio, billboards (digital and static), and gorilla marketing efforts including but not limited to mobile advertising.- drive messaging in the market to differentiate integon as a dominate force in the local market to attract and retain top talent- develop internal marketing campaign for integon employees to ensure current with information and integon strengths.
this will include design, development, and production of an integon news feed across multiple platforms.- coordinate new content development and organize review of existing content with internal departments for accuracy and continuity.- mobile marketing content creation that may also include leds and billboard content- delegate tasks to project team members- maintain a calendar of recurring annual projects and deadlines.
