we are looking for an account manager to build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers, helping us meet our sales and profit goals.
*key responsibilities*
- manage customer accounts and develop new business.
- present and promote cutting tools and industrial products (boring, turning, milling, abrasives, coolant, ppe, mro, etc.).
- provide technical support and product information.
- follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
- identify market trends and share insights with the team.
- help customers reduce costs and improve performance.
- keep customer database up to date.
- attend sales meetings and training sessions.
- follow iso procedures and company guidelines.
*requirements*:
- strong product knowledge and sales experience in industrial tools.
- minimum 5 years in a similar role.
- high school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.
- fluent in english and spanish.
- good communication and people skills.
- proficient in crm, ms office, acrobat, and autocad.
- valid driver’s license.
