a fast-growing start-up headquartered in san francisco, ca, usa in the heart of silicon valley. We recruit worldwide as our customer base is global. All employees outside san francisco headquarter work remotely. 

Elife is a startup developing innovative technology in the passenger transport industry, providing any type of ground transportation worldwide, including group/event transportation, nemt transportation, senior and disability transportation, pet relocation, bilingual driver for non-english speak clients.

Vacancy: senior b2b manager, enterprise(mice) sales

 

what you’ll do:  
- we are looking for a high-performing senior b2b business development manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative.  
- achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully offering our transport services targeting large enterprises and corporates, fortune 500 companies, groups and event management companies, mice
- design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence  
- build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs  
- present sales and revenue reports and realistic forecasts to the management team  
- meet your own sales target by keep developing new clients like large enterprises and corporates, fortune 500 companies, groups and event management companies 
- collaborate closely with the internal stakeholders to assess results and improve performance. 

 

  

    What we’re looking for:  
- 8+ years of business development experience and preferably worked in transportation, transit or mobility
- 5+ years selling into enterprise sized organizations . Experience in handling large ticket size or group orders.
-  a people person with a black book of industry contacts and a big focus on growing long-lasting relationships
- skilled negotiator who creates new ideas for win-win deals. 
- a track record of successfully pitching for new business and increasing revenue through the generation of leads.   
- self-motived, fast-moving environment  
- professional in presentation and analytical skills. 
- proficient in zoho, salesforce, hubspot or microsoft dynamic   
- bachelor’s degree, excellent spoken and written english communication skills, additional language is plus 
- experience working with travel, ground transportation, or in the technology industry or with saas solutions, is a plus.
