summary: see maintenance profile for service provided on internal production machinery, electrical systems & facilities (found in the operations job family profile). This is an in-house service technician position responsible for repairing machine products, parts, devices and other equipment such as labeling/printing products, building print heads and subassemblies as needed. Incumbent performs diagnostics and repairs on mechanical, electrical and electronic equipment as assigned in accordance with departmental productivity standards. Position requires customer satisfaction skills, a sense of urgency towards meeting internal and external customer needs, and participation in all programs designed to meet the company’s objectives.
* new to the role; however, normally has technical knowledge and experience in assigned technology product line(s) and/or products. Requires knowledge and experience in own discipline; still acquiring higher-level knowledge and skills.
