We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated senior quality engineer to join our team. This role is ideal for a quality professional with strong expertise in quality management systems, auditing, and continuous improvement methodologies.
key responsibilities:
* lead and maintain the quality management system (qms) in compliance with iso 9001:2015 standards
* plan, execute, and manage internal and external audits, ensuring timely closure of findings
* oversee quality documentation control, ensuring accuracy, traceability, and compliance
* drive root cause analysis and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (capa)
* promote and support continuous improvement initiatives across the organization
* collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure quality standards are integrated into all processes
* monitor key quality metrics and provide regular reports to leadership
* train and mentor team members on quality tools, standards, and best practices
key qualifications:
* minimum of 5 years of experience with iso 9001:2015 certification and compliance
* proven experience leading quality management systems (qms)
* strong background in audit planning, execution, and management
* experience with quality documentation control and administration
* advanced english proficiency
* proven experience in root cause analysis methodologies
* knowledge and application of 5w2h and 8d methodologies
* experience managing corrective and preventive actions (capa)
* ability to work effectively with cross‑functional and multidisciplinary teams
