key responsibilities
* drive sales growth by achieving sales targets for new business across sub-regions.
* establish connections and networks with various regions to facilitate the introduction of new business into latin america through strategic partnerships.
* develop the full sales cycle from prospecting to client onboarding.
* lead and support new client implementations in partnership with peers from the client-facing team.
requirements:
* university degree or higher;
* advanced english language communication skills;;
* spanish proficiency considered an advantage;
* broad knowledge of insurance-related technical aspects;
* experience working in consulting firms, brokers, insurance companies;
* deep understanding of client management challenges and solutions;
* knowledge of finance and p&l management;
* understanding of the health & benefits environment;
* experience working with international teams and diverse cultures;
* exceptional communication skills to convey key messages to teams and stakeholders;
* demonstration of leadership qualities.
