Job description:
1. Ensure all shipping and receiving procedures are strictly followed and supervise all warehouse operations
2. Delegate tasks and workloads equitably across warehouse team members
3. Maintain a smooth, efficient, and accurate flow of shipping and receiving operations
4. Coordinate closely with production supervisors, managers, planners, buyers, and the finance team to optimize shipping/ receiving efficiency
5. Foster strong communication and working relationships with warehouse staff to effectively monitor and enhance team performance
6. Ensure systematic implementation the receiving and shipping processes
7. Ensure all fg inventory is accurately tracked and maintained at a high level of accuracy
8. Oversee the proper filing and system entry of all shipping and receiving documentation to maintain compliance and traceability.
9. Monitor the status of all incoming and outgoing shipments to prevent delays
10. Verify that all shipments are packed correctly according to the defined standards
requirement:
1.high school graduate with 2 years of relevant warehousing experience
2.capable of working on the night shift
3.ability to read, write, speak, and listen in english
4.forklift operation certification is a plus
5.oracle/ erp operation experience is a plus
