Title: Maintenance Manager
Description:
Join our team as a Maintenance Plant Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to manage financial and human resources that ensure the plant operates optimally. You will lead continuous improvement initiatives, oversee asset care programs, and collaborate with safety, quality, food safety, and operations teams to meet manufacturing objectives efficiently and sustainably.
You will also oversee Utilities and Facilities Maintenance strategies, drive energy efficiency initiatives, and maximize equipment availability and performance. This role is key to maintaining infrastructure reliability, minimizing downtime, and optimizing long-term operational results. This position is based in Querétaro.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Operational Continuity and Compliance: Ensure uninterrupted plant operations while meeting food safety and occupational safety standards.
2. Budget and Utilities Management: Manage maintenance budgets and ensure efficient use and supply of electricity, steam, compressed air, chilled water, and treated water.
3. Leadership and Talent Development: Build internal leadership pipelines, promote diversity and inclusion, and ensure completion of development plans.
4. Maintenance Strategy and Reliability: Implement structured practices to ensure long-term equipment performance and infrastructure reliability.
5. Modernization and Technology Upgrades: Lead equipment renewal and technology upgrades to enhance competitiveness and sustainability.
Qualifications:
- Engineering bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 4 years of experience in operations, manufacturing, and maintenance
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- At least 6 years of leadership experience
