Key responsibilities:- provide ongoing support for körber wms applications, including issue resolution, troubleshooting, and performance optimization. - analyze and resolve production issues, ensuring minimal downtime and business impact. - perform regular system maintenance, upgrades, and patching activities. - customize and extend körber applications based on business requirements. - develop and maintain scripts or custom code to enhance system functionality. - collaborate with cross-functional teams (business, it, and operations) to support system improvements and enhancements.required skills & experience:- bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field. - proven experience as a developer/support specialist working on körber (highjump) wms solutions. - strong hands-on experience with körber suite products and configurations. - experience in customization and extension of körber applications. - proficiency in scripting or programming languages relevant to körber environments. - strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. - good understanding of system maintenance, upgrades, and support processes.soft skills:- strong communication and stakeholder management skills. - ability to work in a fast-paced support environment. - team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
