We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated m365 engineer, specializing in the end user computing and collaboration space (office 365, intune, windows 10/11 lifecycle management, autopilot, dlp, azure ad, etc.) technologies, to join our dynamic managed services team.
in this role, you will be the driving force behind the engineering and optimization of end-user computing environments. Your mission will revolve around enhancing productivity, securing operations, and ensuring a seamless it service experience for our clients.
as a microsoft365 engineer at pwc, your primary responsibility will be enhancing and managing our microsoft365 and end user eco-system, while working on integrating that experience with our various iaas vendors: amazon web services (aws), microsoft azure, and oracle cloud.
job responsibilities:
collaborate closely with stakeholders to comprehensively understand business requirements and translate them into cloud architecture solutions, following a cloud-first approach.
design, construct, and maintain cloud infrastructure across various platforms, including microsoft365, azure, aws, etc.
user-centric support: deliver comprehensive support for office 365 applications, windows 10, and intune-managed devices, addressing user concerns and guaranteeing peak performance.
intune mastery: master the art of managing and configuring microsoft intune for device provisioning, compliance policies, and application deployment, crafting a secure and efficient device management realm.
windows 10/11 in focus: oversee windows 10 deployments and upgrades using autopilot, leaving no device behind and ensuring that they're up-to-date and secure.
autopilot expertise: expertly implement, configure, and optimize windows autopilot to streamline device setup and management.
office 365 leadership: lead the charge in administering and supporting office 365 services, including exchange online, sharepoint, and onedrive, fostering a collaborative and accessible digital workspace for end-users.
security vigilance: implement and diligently monitor security measures, compliance policies, and data protection solutions in the office 365 and intune realms to safeguard company data and end-user privacy.
knowledge sharing: develop informative training materials and documentation to empower end-users to maximize the potential of office 365 and intune technologies.
required skills:
b.s. in cs, mis or related field or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
5+ years of experience in euc / microsoft 365 engineering/architecture roles.
demonstrated expertise in managing office 365, intune, windows 10/11, and related technologies.
solid knowledge of security and compliance standards within office 365 and intune domains.
exceptional problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities for user support and knowledge sharing.
strong organizational skills to manage numerous projects concurrently.
