Job description: as the sales director, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and managing a team of sales professionals in the market. You will play a key role in developing and executing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with customers. Key responsibilities: develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve sales objectives collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to drive business growth monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify threats and opportunities prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management qualifications: bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, or a related field; mba preferred 15-20 years of experience in sales leadership roles with heavy industrial manufacturers in conveyor, automation or similar product and services background.
