We're redefining outdoor living with top-tier services, and we're looking for a Sales Manager who can lead the charge in driving revenue, building relationships, and helping our business scale to the next level.As our Sales Manager, you'll be at the forefront of growth—turning warm leads into lasting partnerships, setting sales strategies, and guiding our sales process with professionalism, energy, and results-driven leadership.
This is a remote role with plenty of client interaction via Zoom, phone, email, and text.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the full sales cycle: respond to warm leads, schedule and conduct virtual meetings, deliver persuasive proposals, and close deals.Build and maintain strong client relationships while representing Bloom Works with professionalism and enthusiasm.Consistently hit and exceed sales targets while tracking performance using a monthly scorecard.Oversee accurate documentation of all sales communications in our CRM.Collect and analyze client insights to strengthen long-term relationships.Conduct market research and contribute to sales strategy and marketing initiatives.Collaborate with our marketing team on updates for social media, website, brochures, and promotional campaigns.QualificationsProven track record in sales management or senior sales roles, with a history of meeting/exceeding targets.Experience in landscaping, construction, or a related industry.Strong communication and negotiation skills, with comfort in virtual selling.Demonstrated ownership, accountability, and leadership qualities.Energetic, goal-oriented mindset with a passion for growing a business.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment.Preferred ExperienceFamiliarity with digital marketing and social media platforms.Confidence in pursuing new business opportunities, including cold outreach.Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not required).
