*your contribution*:
- oversight of the company in all topics related to foreign trade. Guarantee the compliance, obligations, responsibilities related to the foreign trade programs as immex, vat certification, prosec, others.
- support with the administration of annex 24 & annex 30. Reconciliations. Alignment with the operation of the company.
- implement and comply with the policies and procedures to establish adequate internal controls system as well as the standardization of foreign trade operations.
- identify and document potential risks and / or critical characteristics of operations and drive the measures to prevent and mitigate them.
- proactively support internal and external audits and ensure an accurate risk assessment of the foreign trade operations.
- deploy measures to monitor performance and compliance for the foreign trade area.
- control and administration of documentation related to disposal of fixed assets temporarily imported.
- identify and implement cost reduction projects.
*your experience & qualifications*:
- english (80%)
- 3+ years in similar position, leading teams (automotive industry)* is a must.*:
- strong knowledge in *immex, vat certification, prosec, rule 8, annex 24. Annex 30,* *foreign trade regulations is a must.*:
- good communication and organizational skills.
- self-motivated, customer-oriented and detail-oriented.
- knowledge of erp systems (sap) is preferred.
