about you:- 3-5 years experience working with an engineering-centric facial biometric or shared services (apis, sdks, etc) team, strategic and operational experiences a plus.
- excellent understanding of a shared services platform project lifecycle.
- general understanding of microservice and event-driven architectures.
- comfort operating with a high degree of independence.
- experience building consensus across teams and business units.
- experience in fact-finding, requirements gathering, and in-depth interviewing generally.
journalism experience a plus.
- comfort with relevant tooling, such as slack, github, confluence, etc.- hands-on project management skills.what you ´ll do:- do discovery with customers and partners and perform market research to understand and synthesize platform needs.
