Regional centre costs manager, latamthe iwg group is looking for a talented experienced procurement professional to become ourregional centre costs manager, latam, reporting directly to the regional operations vp, latamwith dotted line to the director, group centre costs.job purposeexecute tendering, negotiation, and contracting in the region to deliver measurable savings andcompliant spend aligned to global specifications and category strategiesdrive regional deployment and value capture aligned to global category strategies, ensuringstrong supplier performance and delivery of contracted benefitsmanage regional suppliers to deliver contracted cost, service, and mitigate riskskey responsibilitiesrun tendering and negotiation end to end in the region, aligned to global specifications, categorystrategy, and commercial guardrails set by global category managersbuild and own regional business cases, including baseline logic, savings run rate, implementationplan, and delivery milestonesexecute contracting and rollout locally, driving operational adoption and compliance acrosscentres and resolving implementation blockersmanage regional suppliers, including performance reviews, issue management, and correctiveactions to deliver contracted outcomesown regional tracking, risks, and escalations, ensuring benefits are delivered and variances arecorrected quicklyall other duties as requested by the line managerkey performance indicatorspercent of spend in approved specificationcost reduction versus baseline for key specificationsglobal savings delivered versus target and year on year savings sustainmentpercent of spend routed through preferred suppliersstrategic supplier performance against scorecard targetskey qualificationsrequired skills, experience & qualificationsrelevant experience in procurement, supply chain, engineering, or related discipline, ideallywithin a greenfield environment and with a multicultural setuptechnical skills or knowledgestrong tendering and negotiation capability with proven delivery of measurable savingsstrong contracting and supplier management skills, including service level definition andperformance governancepractical change and stakeholder management to drive adoption and compliance in operations.solid benefits realisation discipline, including baseline, run rate tracking, and leakagemanagementleadership skills
