Responsibilities
* develop and maintain project plans for new projects transition, schedules, and budgets.
* schedule fabrication work shop jobs by qty, workcenters, hours and manpower.
* track progress, manage risks, changes and ensure timely delivery.
* coordinate with teams and allocate resources effectively.
* maintain project documentation and communication.
* lead post-project reviews to identify improvements.
* production & supply planning as well as insource/outsource skills.
* analyze data to support production forecasts.
* maintain planning models and generating reports.
* collaborate to ensure material availability.
* monitor inventory and recommend adjustments.
* support planning process improvements.
* ability to have project update meetings with managers and directors.
qualifications
* bachelor’s degree in business, management, or related field
* 3-5 years in planning, logistics, or supply chain.
* strong analytical skills, excel proficiency, familiarity with erp systems (oracle preferred), good communication.
* excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
* detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
* conversational and written english 85-90% fluent.
physical & environmental demands
* the role is primarily based in a manufacturing facility, requiring regular site visits and interaction with production and fabrication teams.
* required to wear personal protective equipment (ppe) and adhere to safety protocols.
* the role involves extended periods of sitting in front of a computer.
* occasional standing or walking may be required during meetings, presentations, or site visits.
* work is primarily conducted in an office environment with controlled temperature and lighting.
