what you will be doing

- respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, demonstrating empathy and understanding.
- provide accurate information and solutions to resolve customer concerns, aiming for first-call resolution whenever possible.
- document all interactions accurately and thoroughly in our crm system, ensuring clear communication and seamless handoffs if necessary.
- collaborate closely with other departments to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution.
- continuously strive to exceed performance targets and uphold quality standards, contributing to the overall success of the team and organization.

- advanced english level.
- ability to take a full-time job and work 100% on-site at arboledas, querétaro.
- proven experience in customer service or a related field, preferably in a call center environment.
- excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- strong problem-solving abilities and a passion for helping others.
- ability to multitask and navigate multiple systems simultaneously.
