about the role:
* this is a senior-level position that requires a strategic thinker with proven experience in managing high-volume talent acquisition and executive-level recruitment.
key responsibilities:
* develop and execute latam-wide strategies for executive and specialized talent acquisition, ensuring timely coverage of critical roles.
* lead the development and strengthening of multi-country recruitment teams, driving optimization of recruitment processes through data analytics, crm/ats, and automation.
* manage and report on strategic kpis directly to hr leadership executive committee, leveraging expertise in competency-based methodologies, assessment centers, and talent acquisition metrics.
* collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement employer branding initiatives and talent market strategies, positioning the organization as an employer of choice across latam.
requirements:
* bachelor's degree in business administration, psychology, hr, or a related field (master's preferred).
* 8-10 years of experience in talent acquisition and executive-level recruitment, with a strong background in managing recruitment strategies for organizations with headcounts of 3000+ employees.
* proven leadership in overseeing national or multi-site recruitment teams, with expertise in data-driven decision-making and crm/ats platforms.
* advanced english mandatory for regional scope.
