* coordinate and manage travel reservations for employees.
* monitor and manage office needs, including purchases, services, supplies, and miscellaneous items.
* ensure timely processing of travel and expense invoices for multiple users.
* support invoicing and collections activities.
* perform basic accounting tasks such as accounts payable invoice registration and bank reconciliations.
* assist with banking procedures and government-related processes.
* provide administrative and ad hoc support around the office as needed.
qualifications
* fluent in english and spanish, as the role also supports teams in the usa and canada.
* bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
* strong interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills.
* ability to multitask and manage shifting priorities.
* proficiency with the microsoft office suite.
