*purpose*:
this will be done by leading a team of account leads, and in close collaboration with cross-functional partners such as brand marketing, sales, commercial excellence, finance, business intelligence, government solutions and compliance departments.

*you will be responsible for*:
- * commercial strategy orchestration*: develop and execute comprehensive commercial cross-franchise strategies that align with hospital group objectives and market demands, focusing on sustainable growth.
- * relationship management*: act as the primary liaison between the hospital group and johnson & johnson medtech fostering robust partnerships and collaboration.
- * stakeholder engagement*: identify, engage, and manage relationships with influence circles within selected government entities to promote and align understanding and support for new institutional transformation models.
- * market analysis*: conduct thorough market assessments to inform strategy, identifying trends, opportunities, and challenges in the healthcare landscape that impact our key hospital group, as well as selected government accounts.
- * cross-functional collaboration*: work closely with clinical, operational, and financial teams to ensure alignment and fulfillment of organizational objectives, sharing insights and best practices.
- * performance measurement*: establish and monitor key performance indicators (kpis) and objective key results (okrs) to assess the effectiveness of implemented strategies and make necessary adjustments to achieve desired outcomes.
- * reporting and presentations*: prepare and present strategic recommendations and reports to senior management, demonstrating insights gained from stakeholder interactions and market analysis.
- * policy advocacy*: engage in policy discussions to advocate for the institutions' interests and influence governmental decisions that impact institutional transformation.
- * team leadership and development*:lead, mentor, and develop the sam team (account leads), fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance.

*qualifications / requirements*:
- * education*: bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related field; mba preferred.
- * experience*: 7+ years of experience in account management, strategic planning, or business development within the healthcare industry, with a focus on relationships with private and governmental bodies.
